Chanel seeks Building Maintenance Technician in Paris to manage multi-technical contractors and facility operations across luxury beauty campuses.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee multi-technical service providers across Neuilly, Paris, and Pantin facility sites
- Ensure maintenance standards and availability of multi-technical equipment and mechanical systems
- Pilot maintenance work programs related to building operations and asset management
- Lead Parfait Achèvement warranty tracking for new construction projects and resolve defect notifications within prescribed timelines
- Monitor control room inspection reports and ensure reserve items are cleared according to schedule
- Track and enforce maintenance planning schedules established by multi-technical contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures during contractor interventions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of facility installations through suggestions and action plan tracking
- Oversee energy management across campus sites and propose maintenance enhancements aligned with corporate sustainability policy
Qualifications
- Higher education qualification (Bac+2) such as BTS in Electrotechnics or Climate Engineering
- Solid technical knowledge of maintenance disciplines: HVAC, fluid systems, energy management, building automation systems (BMS), and electrical systems
- Demonstrated experience as an Assistant Site Manager for a Facility Management company
- Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance techniques including electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems
- Proficiency with Building Maintenance Management Systems (GMAO), subcontractor oversight, and reporting protocols
- Excellent command of office software and strong written communication skills
- Discretion, humility, rigor, and strong service orientation
Skills
Experience
Significant experience as an Assistant Site Manager or equivalent role within a Facility Management organization, demonstrating proficiency in multi-technical coordination, contractor oversight, and building operations.
Education
Higher education qualification minimum Bac+2; BTS (Brevet de Technicien Supérieur) in Electrotechnics, Climate Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline preferred.
