Chanel seeks a Maintenance Technician (Contract) in Compiègne, France to maintain production equipment for the Perfumes & Beauty division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and execute preventive maintenance plans for assigned equipment scope in collaboration with internal departments and external service providers
- Perform and oversee corrective maintenance actions and their follow-up
- Optimize maintenance protocols and disseminate them across the technical team, validating the effectiveness of modifications
- Develop and update technical documentation for equipment and train production personnel in preventive maintenance practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate actively in their implementation
- Participate in the commissioning of new products
Qualifications
- Baccalaureate +2 or +3 qualification in maintenance or related technical field
- First professional experience in an industrial environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across all organizational levels
- Demonstrated curiosity, dynamism, and genuine learning capacity
- Familiarity with maintenance planning systems and equipment documentation

Experience
First professional experience in industrial maintenance required; prior role in a manufacturing or production environment strongly preferred.
Education
Baccalaureate +2 or +3 qualification in maintenance, mechanical engineering, or related technical discipline.
