Role & Responsibilities

  • Pilot product development during the industrialization phase, verifying alignment between technical design specifications and current manufacturing standards
  • Adapt technical data to production constraints and elaborate comprehensive technical documentation
  • Populate and validate technical data accuracy across CAD, PLM, and M3 systems
  • Launch and validate tooling; oversee pre-series production execution in line with project milestones
  • Provide technical support for product development to in-house workshops and external subcontractors
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary meetings and manage project timelines across internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Secondary education plus 2–3 years in Fashion & Leather Goods specialization or equivalent Pattern Design & Conceptualization credential
