Role & Responsibilities
- Pilot product development during the industrialization phase, verifying alignment between technical design specifications and current manufacturing standards
- Adapt technical data to production constraints and elaborate comprehensive technical documentation
- Populate and validate technical data accuracy across CAD, PLM, and M3 systems
- Launch and validate tooling; oversee pre-series production execution in line with project milestones
- Provide technical support for product development to in-house workshops and external subcontractors
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary meetings and manage project timelines across internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Secondary education plus 2–3 years in Fashion & Leather Goods specialization or equivalent Pattern Design & Conceptualization credential
- Demonstrated mastery of all manufacturing stages for luxury leather goods or haute couture apparel
- Proficiency with project management methodologies and milestone scheduling
- Comfort with multi-functional team coordination and facilitation
- Analytical and synthesis-oriented mindset with demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities
Skills
Experience
Significant hands-on experience in product development and finalization, with comprehensive knowledge of all manufacturing stages in luxury leather goods or high-end apparel production.
Education
Secondary education (Bac) plus 2–3 years of specialized training in Fashion & Leather Goods or equivalent Pattern Design & Conceptualization; or equivalent professional qualification in luxury goods manufacturing.
