Chanel Beijing seeks an experienced Boutique Advisor to deliver luxury client experiences, styling expertise, and relationship management across the designer fashion boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Present Chanel collections with demonstrated passion for fashion and styling, articulating both product features and brand philosophy
- Cultivate genuine long-term client relationships to enhance loyalty and lifetime value
- Deliver comprehensive customer experience across all touchpoints, creating desire and addressing client needs while meeting boutique sales objectives
- Maintain boutique presentation standards in accordance with brand requirements, including merchandise arrangement and visual display
- Demonstrate consistently positive attitude and continuously elevate service standards to exceed customer expectations
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and sales acumen
- Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and manage client relationships effectively
- Genuine passion for fashion or luxury goods sectors
- Keen awareness of trend dynamics with the ability to interpret and articulate personal fashion perspective
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, or premium client services is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of building clientele and delivering consultative selling.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in fashion, styling, or luxury brand management is advantageous.
