Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, luxury retail experiences that create desire and fulfill client needs whilst achieving boutique sales targets
- Build and maintain genuine long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat engagement
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Chanel collections, heritage, design philosophy, and product craftsmanship
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual standards in accordance with brand guidelines; assist with merchandise organization and display
- Articulate fashion trends and styling expertise with confidence and sophistication, translating personal style interpretation
- Present a professional, fashion-forward demeanor that reflects Chanel's brand image and aesthetic standards
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and sales capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to establish, nurture, and manage client relationships
- Genuine passion for fashion, luxury goods, or the high-end retail sector
- Keen awareness of current trends with ability to interpret and express personal fashion understanding
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, or similar client-facing roles within premium brands is preferred. Demonstrated success in building clientele and achieving sales targets is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training or certification in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality is valued.
