Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke and luxury client experiences through personalized styling and product consultation, building lasting relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business
- Embody Chanel brand heritage and aesthetic values through exceptional product knowledge, trend interpretation, and professional presentation of collections
- Manage the complete client journey from engagement through post-purchase care, ensuring each interaction reflects Chanel's uncompromising standards
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines, contributing to store upkeep and merchandise displays
