Chanel — Neuilly-sur-Seine: Senior Low-code & Agentic AI Service Owner role in Tech Global Corporate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and own the strategic vision, roadmap and lifecycle for the enterprise low-code platform and agentic AI services across Global Corporate Technology.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (IT, business units, security, legal, compliance) to prioritise use cases, manage demand and align platform capabilities with business objectives.
- Drive vendor selection, supplier management and commercial negotiations for low-code and AI tooling; oversee contracts and SLAs.
- Establish governance, risk management and operational policies for model validation, data protection, ethical AI and change control.
- Sponsor implementation and deployment activities, collaborating with engineering, data science and cloud teams to ensure robust integrations, APIs and scalable architectures.
- Measure and report platform KPIs (adoption, time-to-value, cost-efficiency, reliability) and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Design and deliver enablement programmes, documentation and support processes to accelerate adoption among citizen developers and IT teams.
- Manage budgets and resource allocation for platform-related projects and run‑the‑platform operations.
Qualifications
- Proven track record owning or managing an enterprise platform or product, preferably in low-code/no-code and AI/ML domains.
- Strong understanding of agentic AI patterns, large language models and orchestration frameworks, including governance and safety implications.
- Demonstrable experience in vendor management, commercial negotiations and service-level management at scale.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and technical leaders.
- Solid knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs and integration patterns; familiarity with security and data protection requirements in a regulated environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years in IT with progressive responsibility; at least 3 years leading platform/product initiatives involving low-code platforms and AI/ML delivery in an enterprise setting.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or equivalent; advanced degree or relevant professional certifications preferred.
