Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end logistics projects for the Perfumes & Beauty business, from concept and planning through implementation and post-launch review.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (supply chain, production, regulatory, packaging, commercial, 3PLs and carriers) to ensure timely, compliant distribution to domestic and international markets.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets and KPIs; monitor progress and escalate risks with mitigation plans.
- Manage third-party logistics providers and transportation partners, negotiating service levels and ensuring contractual and SLA compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in transportation, warehousing and distribution processes to optimize cost, lead time and service quality.
- Ensure regulatory compliance specific to cosmetics and fragrances during storage, handling and international transit (labeling, restricted goods, customs requirements).
- Produce clear project documentation and executive reporting for senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business administration or equivalent.
- Proven track record of delivering logistics or supply-chain projects in a global environment; experience within cosmetics, fragrance or FMCG is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external 3PL/transport partners.
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience defining KPIs and driving data-informed improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder, vendor and risk-management skills; fluent business communication skills in the working language of the site.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain or operations with demonstrable responsibility for managing complex projects; prior exposure to beauty, fragrance or FMCG supply chains preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
