Role & Responsibilities
- Support delivery of logistics projects for the Perfumes & Beauty division, from requirement capture through implementation and handover.
- Map and analyse end‑to‑end warehouse and distribution flows to identify efficiency gains and risk points.
- Develop process documentation, standard operating procedures and project reports for cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Contribute to pilot tests, layout changes or new equipment trials in warehouses and distribution centres.
- Prepare quantitative analyses and KPI dashboards to monitor project performance and measure benefits.
- Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, quality, procurement, packaging) and external partners to track milestones and resolve issues.
- Assist in the preparation of business cases, cost‑benefit analyses and implementation roadmaps.
- Support change management activity for operational rollout, including training materials and operator briefings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering, logistics, supply chain or industrial engineering Master's programme (or equivalent).
- Strong analytical aptitude with proven ability to work with quantitative datasets.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple small workstreams under supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to produce clear reports and presentations.
- Autonomy, intellectual curiosity and a pragmatic approach to operational problem solving.

Experience
No substantial prior professional experience required; previous internships or academic projects in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain or process improvement are an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant engineering or master's programme in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering or operations management.
