Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the monitoring and analysis of logistics performance KPIs (OTD, inventory accuracy, throughput) and produce regular dashboards and ad hoc reports for operational stakeholders.
  • Consolidate, cleanse and transform operational data from multiple sources to enable accurate reporting and performance diagnostics.
  • Contribute to IT and digital projects for logistics (requirements gathering, test scenario design, user acceptance testing, rollout support).
  • Develop and maintain automated reports and interactive dashboards (Power BI / equivalent) to improve decision-making cadence.
  • Perform root‑cause analysis on recurring operational issues and propose data-driven improvement actions to supply‑chain teams.
  • Coordinate with IT, supply‑chain, warehouse and vendor teams to track project milestones, change requests and post‑implementation follow-up.
  • Document processes, technical specifications and user guides; provide first-line support for reporting issues and data discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in supply chain/logistics, information systems, data science, industrial engineering or equivalent.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities and attention to data quality.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and test cases.
  • Effective communicator with proven stakeholder management and collaborative skills.
  • Autonomy, rigor and interest in operational excellence within a luxury retail/logistics environment.
  • Availability for an alternance/work‑study contract in France (school‑work rhythm compatible with employer requirements).

Skills

Experience
