Role & Responsibilities
- Support the measurement and analysis of logistics KPIs across the Parfums Beauté distribution site to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects using process mapping, root-cause analysis and standardisation of operating procedures.
- Prepare dashboards and management reports summarising data trends, proposed actions and project progress for site and regional stakeholders.
- Assist with implementation of lean best practices (5S, visual management, takt time and flow improvements) on the warehouse floor.
- Work alongside operations teams to test and pilot process changes, document results and draft SOPs and work instructions.
- Coordinate with internal functions (planning, quality, transport) to ensure alignment of improvement initiatives and change management.
- Support capacity and productivity studies, time-motion analysis and simulation exercises as required.
- Present findings and recommendations to managers and participate in cross-functional project meetings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s programme in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical aptitude with demonstrable experience in data manipulation and KPI analysis (academic projects or prior internships).
- Practical understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) — training or certification advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesise technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
- Authorization to complete an internship in France and availability for the full internship period as required by the site.

No prior professional experience is strictly required; previous internships or project work in logistics, manufacturing or continuous improvement are strongly preferred.
Education
Enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate programme (Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics or similar).
