Role & Responsibilities
- Accompany project teams through facility setup phases, including familiarization with logistics solutions, equipment-specific tools, and deployment coordination
- Participate in equipment testing, acceptance protocols, and flow validation during commissioning
- Provide daily technical assistance to operators on corrective maintenance activities within safety protocols
- Offer technical explanations and educate operators on maintenance interventions
- Identify and propose continuous improvement solutions based on corrective maintenance data across electrical, mechanical, and automation domains
- Liaise with IT teams on technology-related issues
- Collaborate with equipment suppliers to establish preventive maintenance plans and define technical contract specifications
- Perform and coordinate preventive maintenance activities
- Develop and implement inspection checklists and standard operating procedures
- Maintain and track equipment performance indicators and dashboards
- Manage spare parts inventory to ensure equipment sustainability
- Participate in new equipment implementation projects, including needs assessment and deployment follow-up

Qualifications
- Higher education qualification in industrial maintenance (Bac+2/3 or equivalent)
- Significant hands-on experience as a maintenance technician
- Demonstrated expertise in automation systems in demanding industrial environments
- Fluency in automation programming languages: UNITY, PL7, Step7, or TIA Portal
- Strong English language comprehension and communication ability (technical documentation and foreign suppliers)
- Excellent written and verbal French expression with strong pedagogical skills
- High degree of reliability, precision, organization, and responsiveness
- Customer service orientation and collaborative team mentality
- Knowledge-sharing capability and comfort with IT tools
