Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection deliveries to markets and lead operational governance with global supply chain teams, distribution centers, transport, customs, and market operations to align on collection needs and resolve delivery challenges
• Consolidate and communicate operational plans for each collection including pickup schedules, launch windows, shipping deadlines, and critical cut-offs related to repricing and regulatory constraints
• Develop and coordinate maritime transport logistics to distant markets in collaboration with logistics partners
• Ensure structured information flow between the Fashion Division and logistics teams to anticipate and resolve operational issues
• Configure systems and processes to guarantee proper execution of operational flows, including retention holds, route setup, and client customizations, with support for system projects as Business Process Owner or Key User
• Monitor key logistics performance indicators including inventory levels, delivery timelines, and blocked stock
• Support logistics and market teams on strategic and operational excellence projects, identifying optimization opportunities and implementing sustainable solutions
• Oversee external projects including digital transformations and process evolutions across the division and markets, minimizing impact on collection deliveries

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+5) in commerce, engineering, logistics, or supply chain management
• Minimum 3–5 years of demonstrated success in supply chain and planning roles
• Exceptional professional rigor and reliability given direct impact on collection deliveries
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with ability to create and maintain reports and dashboards; Power BI a plus
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as ORLI or Manhattan preferred
• Proven ability to build consensus and adapt communication style across operational and strategic stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills, natural curiosity, and collaborative mindset
• Italian language proficiency preferred

Experience

3–5 years of successful experience in supply chain and planning roles, with demonstrated expertise in logistics operations, collection coordination, and cross-functional collaboration within complex, fast-paced environments.

Education

Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent qualification in commerce, engineering, logistics, or supply chain management.
