Chanel internship: Logistics & Warranty Coordinator for Watchmaking & Fine Jewelry division, Paris, September 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary liaison with internal and external couriers and transport providers for secure transfer of high-value components and pieces, managing both receipts and shipments
  • Execute shipment and collection requests following completion of quality control validations and invoice processing
  • Open all incoming parcels in strict compliance with established security procedures
  • Ensure complete traceability of received pieces by inputting data into the ERP system and sorting components by urgency, origin, file type (client pieces or stock), and classification
  • Prepare pieces for diagnostic assessment by unpacking, weighing, identifying via serial number verification, and staging on appropriate trays
  • Participate in rotating inventory counts of spare parts and components
  • Receive and organize consumables and supplies orders
  • Liaise with the engraving machine operator regarding technical testing requirements and operational procedure updates

Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat + 2 or equivalent validation in progress (BTS in Logistics, Management, or Administration preferred)
  • Knowledge of handling and logistics processes
  • Proficiency with office software including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and ERP systems
  • Operational proficiency in English
  • Demonstrated integrity and rigor in luxury goods environments
