Chanel Parfums Beauté internship: Print Localization Coordinator in Neuilly-sur-Seine, 6 months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Track and monitor production of press visuals via the dedicated ordering platform
- Coordinate file production with Creative, Media teams, external vendors, and European market representatives
- Ensure compliance with local specifications, technical requirements, and delivery deadlines
- Validate file conformity and quality standards prior to local print deployment
- Manage daily project updates, maintain tracking dashboards, and prioritize concurrent initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or pursuing a diploma equivalent to BTS, communication school, or advertising school
- Proficiency in English (written and oral)
- Advanced competency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and deadlines

Experience
Currently pursuing advanced education in communication, advertising, marketing, or related field with interest in production, media, image management, or project coordination.
Education
BTS or equivalent diploma in communication, advertising, marketing, or related discipline.
