Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize lipstick formulas, including textures, performance characteristics, robustness, and colour shades, conducting all associated controls, analyses, and test requirements
- Oversee formula industrialization by identifying process risks, conducting supplementary trials, and validating operational procedures in collaboration with pilot production teams
- Execute technical studies on development challenges, manage experimental test plans, and present findings to internal stakeholders
- Conduct technology and raw material sourcing intelligence specific to lip care applications
- Serve as the technical formulation reference and expert resource across cross-functional lip projects, providing guidance to internal teams
- Contribute to laboratory operations, quality assurance, health and safety protocols, logistics, and equipment management
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of proven experience in lipstick formulation and development
