Role & Responsibilities
- Develop new lip makeup formulations in response to project briefs.
- Conduct formulation trials, including texture and shade range, and perform associated controls, analyses, and test requests.
- Ensure the industrialization of formulas by identifying process risks and conducting complementary trials, validating operational methods in collaboration with pilot teams.
- Conduct studies on identified development issues, including trial planning, reporting, and result presentation.
- Contribute to laboratory operations, including quality, safety, hygiene, logistics, and equipment management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chemistry or Cosmetics (Bac +2/3).
- Significant experience in makeup formulation, particularly in lip product textures and shades.
- Strong knowledge of raw materials and manufacturing processes.
