Role & Responsibilities
- Support the corporate legal team on matters related to intellectual property, image rights and communications law.
- Draft and review contracts, licences, authorisations and NDAs related to marketing, advertising and brand collaborations.
- Conduct legal research and risk assessments on trademark, copyright, personality and publicity rights across jurisdictions.
- Assist with monitoring and enforcement of IP rights, including coordination of opposition/cancellation proceedings and takedown requests.
