Chanel Legal Internship - Corporate and Compliance role in Paris. 6-month internship in the Legal Department supporting fashion, watchmaking, jewelry, fragrances and beauty divisions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Draft corporate law documents including meeting minutes, reports, intragroup contracts, and power of attorney delegations
- Participate in intragroup restructuring operations such as mergers, contributions, and transfer of universal business portfolio (TUP) transactions
- Assist in establishing and monitoring the compliance program, including procedure drafting, training delivery, risk mapping, and third-party due diligence
- Prepare legal correspondence, memoranda, legal opinions, and meeting reports
- Conduct legal research to support departmental operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of higher education in Law (Bac+5 or equivalent)
- Prior experience in corporate law through legal internship, apprenticeship, or professional contract in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Competence in Corporate Law, Business Law, Business Criminal Law, and Compliance
- Fluent English language skills
