Chanel is seeking a Legal Intern for Brand Protection in Paris. Ideal candidates will have a law degree, experience in Intellectual Property, and be proficient in English and French.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct investigations into counterfeit and parallel online offers.
- Monitor platforms and social media for brand protection.
- Participate in anti-counterfeiting efforts within the EMEA region and globally combat parallel markets.
- Analyze and optimize data, and oversee reporting on anti-counterfeiting and parallel market actions.
- Provide support to team activities and conduct legal research.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Law (Bac+5) with a focus on Intellectual Property.
- Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, preferably in Intellectual Property.
- Knowledge of distribution law is an asset.

A first successful experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, ideally in Intellectual Property.
Education
Advanced degree in Law (Bac+5).
