Role & Responsibilities

• Draft and manage selective distribution and service provision contracts for the France and Monaco markets
• Prepare pre-litigation correspondence and legal communications
• Provide assistance with Business Ethics and Data Privacy procedures and compliance
• Support the constitution of parallel market prevention files and documentation
• Update training materials and operational support documents for business teams
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal memoranda, and maintain ongoing market surveillance
• Analyze contractual matters and provide synthesis of findings to the legal department

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Master 2) in Business Law or comparable legal qualification, or candidate attorney status
• First professional experience in corporate law or business affairs, ideally within distribution law
• Exceptional drafting skills with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
• Proficient knowledge of Business Ethics and Data Privacy frameworks
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within teams

Experience

First professional experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, with focus on commercial law, distribution law, or business affairs

Education

Master's degree (Master 2) in Business Law, Commercial Law, or equivalent; or candidate attorney status (élève avocat)
