Role & Responsibilities

  • Draft and manage selective distribution and service provision contracts for the France and Monaco markets
  • Prepare pre-litigation correspondence and legal communications
  • Provide assistance with Business Ethics and Data Privacy procedures and compliance
  • Support the constitution of parallel market prevention files and documentation
  • Update training materials and operational support documents for business teams
  • Conduct legal research, prepare legal memoranda, and maintain ongoing market surveillance
  • Analyze contractual matters and provide synthesis of findings to the legal department

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Master 2) in Business Law or comparable legal qualification, or candidate attorney status
  • First professional experience in corporate law or business affairs, ideally within distribution law
