Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Image & IP legal team in reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts (collaborations, influencer agreements, licensing, photography/videography, commercial partnerships).
- Conduct rights clearance and due-diligence for use of images, names, likenesses and third-party content across campaigns and product launches.
- Advise internal stakeholders on image rights, personality rights, copyright and trademark issues arising from creative or marketing projects.
- Prepare legal memoranda, risk assessments and standard contract templates tailored to image and media use.
- Coordinate with external counsel, production teams and marketing to ensure compliance with applicable laws and brand policy.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an accredited French law programme (Master 1 or Master 2) with eligibility for an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
- Strong academic record with coursework or specialization in intellectual property, media law or corporate law.
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills; ability to summarise legal risk succinctly for non-legal stakeholders.
- Professional discretion, strong organisational skills and capability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.

Experience
Open to candidates at the beginning of their legal career; prior internships or practical exposure (IP, media, corporate or in-house legal teams) strongly preferred. Demonstrated interest in fashion/creative industries is an asset.
Education
Currently enrolled in a recognised Law degree (Master 1 or Master 2) with a focus on intellectual property, media or corporate law; eligible for alternance/apprenticeship in France.
