Chanel seeks a Learning & Product Expertise Assistant in Paris for a 6-month internship or 12-month alternance program starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create engaging training content on core and high-end watch and fine jewelry collections using blended learning approaches (digital formats, classroom sessions, morning briefs) with pre-, during-, and post-training support for sales teams
- Establish daily communication with internal departments (marketing, product development, studio, gemology, heritage) to gather critical product launch information
- Develop digital and micro-learning content on dedicated LMS and mobile learning platforms, including social learning, articles, and challenge-based activities
- Collaborate on cross-functional expertise projects including watchmaking certification and gemmology initiatives
- Monitor and update delivered training assets while integrating market feedback and evolution requests
- Support the international community on assigned topics and ensure effective communication across all regional teams
- Track performance metrics and implementation effectiveness of developed training tools across target markets
- Participate in department events including international market calls, newsletter creation, trainer-the-trainer sessions, and annual seminars
- Promote the visibility and expertise of the Education function across the division and beyond
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or final-year student from a business school or university
- Fluent English speaker with professional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated interest in learning, engagement, and training as commercial and individual development drivers
- Strong attention to detail, commitment, and creative problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Curiosity and appreciation for fine watchmaking and jewelry craftsmanship
- Ideally, prior experience in retail or training functions
