Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of product training materials for watches and fine jewellery collections
- Assist in designing and structuring learning modules and documentation on product specifications, heritage, and craftsmanship
- Contribute to the execution of internal training programmes and expertise sessions
- Collaborate with product, commercial, and regional teams to identify learning needs and knowledge gaps
