Chanel Learning Manager position in Munich. Full-time role focused on luxury retail team development, training design, and client experience enhancement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and mentor the Munich boutique team in fashion expertise and client experience through targeted coaching and learning initiatives
- Conceive and deliver inspirational, personalized learning sessions and team coaching aligned with boutique strategic priorities
- Facilitate successful onboarding of new boutique team members
- Create and evolve training formats in collaboration with the Fashion Training Team
- Promote best practice sharing within the Europe Learning Community and cultivate a sustainable learning culture
- Support strategic initiatives and projects focused on continuous enhancement of exceptional client experience
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training or degree with multiple years of luxury retail experience
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to inspire and engage others
- Analytical and client-oriented mindset with solid understanding of business dynamics
- Proactive, organized approach paired with digital proficiency and confident Microsoft Office skills
- Fluent German and English; additional languages advantageous
- Willingness to travel occasionally
