Chanel Madrid is hiring a Learning Intern (Beca) to support L&D initiatives, coordinate training and manage LMS activities for retail and corporate teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Learning & Development team in the coordination and delivery of training programmes across retail and corporate populations.
  • Organise logistics for instructor-led sessions and virtual classrooms, including scheduling, venue setup, participant communication and registration tracking.
  • Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS): upload content, enrol learners, monitor completions and produce basic participation reports.
  • Draft and adapt training materials and participant guides, ensuring alignment with brand standards and instructional objectives.
  • Assist with the development and rollout of e-learning modules, including basic asset preparation and QA of content.
  • Compile and analyse training metrics to support L&D reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (HR, retail operations, boutique managers, external vendors) to ensure smooth execution of programmes.
  • Provide administrative support for onboarding, classroom inventories and ad-hoc learning projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Education or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage concurrent tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanour when interacting with stakeholders.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling employee information and HR materials.
  • Proactive, service-oriented attitude with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Experience

Prior internship or project experience in HR, learning & development, training coordination or a related administrative role is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrable experience organising events, producing reports or supporting training activities will be advantageous.

Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, Education or a related field.
