Chanel seeks a Learning Assistant (6-month internship) for Paris boutiques; coordinate training, onboarding, and learning initiatives across France & Monaco fashion retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding pathways for new entrants, including welcome kit preparation, schedule training appointments, and monitor integration progress
- Organize in-store training sessions for all retail roles and maintain attendance records
- Recommend and track personalized digital learning pathways using internal IFL tools
- Monitor InCHANEL KPIs in collaboration with Operations and Client Marketing teams
- Provide sales floor support to retail teams as needed
- Collaborate with HR Manager and Learning Manager to develop and execute store-specific training plans
- Track training registrations, participation rates, and analyze KPI performance by role and trimester
- Manage internal training tool registrations and individual learning plans
- Coordinate Mode Message campaigns and monitor professional development by department
- Prepare briefs, supporting materials, and learning committee meetings
- Maintain eLearning devices and equipment in-store
Qualifications
- First professional experience in training, digital learning, or innovation with genuine interest in fashion and retail
- Previous sales experience is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort interfacing with retail teams
- Fluent English and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated organizational rigor and service-oriented mindset
- Understanding of Chanel brand values and commitment to diversity and inclusion
