Chanel Learning Assistant internship in Paris — support training coordination and onboarding at flagship Rue Cambon boutiques for six months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding pathways for new hires, including welcome kits, induction schedules, and training programme monitoring
- Organize and facilitate in-store training sessions for all departments (sales, cashier, stock, alterations)
- Manage the internal digital learning platform (IFL), including personalized learning path recommendations and KPI tracking
- Administer training registrations, track attendance, and analyse training metrics and KPIs by department
- Prepare briefing materials and support documents for trainers and learning facilitators
- Coordinate coaching sessions and product expertise workshops, including Style coaching and HOJO consultations
- Maintain and troubleshoot eLearning devices and equipment within the boutique
- Liaise with headquarters teams, boutique management, and retail operations to ensure seamless programme execution
- Support sales teams on the retail floor during operational activities
- Prepare learning committee agendas and contribute to retail team briefings
Qualifications
- Fluent English language skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in training, digital learning, or retail innovation
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Demonstrated interest in luxury fashion and retail environments
- Sales experience considered an advantage
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional retail teams
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
