Chanel seeks a Learning Coordinator for alternance programme at Galeries Lafayette Paris Mode boutique; September 2024 start.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new-employee onboarding pathways with managers, mentors, and learning stakeholders; track integration performance metrics including e-learning completion and academy programme participation
  • Co-develop training plans with the Responsable Learning, management committee, and human resources; maintain training tracking tools and update registrations, calendars, and learning schedules
  • Support post-training implementation through one-on-one coaching and collaborative action planning with team managers
  • Monitor e-learning adoption and key performance indicators; provide field-based coaching to retail teams
  • Deploy customer experience training in collaboration with marketing and client teams; gather and communicate qualitative customer feedback
  • Facilitate in-boutique and academy-based training sessions; recruit and coordinate internal experts and training ambassadors for co-facilitation and briefings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced retail environments
  • Proven public speaking ability and mastery of storytelling techniques
  • Oriented toward team development outcomes with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
