Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders across retail and corporate functions in Hong Kong to define L&D priorities and translate strategic objectives into measurable learning programs.
- Conduct learning needs analyses and diagnostic assessments to identify capability gaps at individual, team and managerial levels.
- Design, develop and deliver blended learning solutions — including classroom training, e‑learning modules, workshops, coaching and on‑the‑job interventions — with a focus on clienteling, product knowledge and leadership development.
- Manage external vendors, instructional designers and internal subject‑matter experts to ensure timely, high‑quality program delivery and alignment with brand standards.
- Administer and optimise the learning management system (LMS); maintain learner records, generate participation and impact reports, and track KPIs such as completion rates and competency gains.
- Coach and upskill managers to embed a coaching culture and ensure transfer of learning into daily operations.
- Lead change management efforts linked to new processes, product launches or organisational initiatives, and support adoption through communication and targeted learning supports.
- Manage programme budgets, timelines and evaluation frameworks; iterate based on learner feedback and business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business, Psychology or a related discipline; master’s degree or diploma in L&D is advantageous.
- Professional certification in learning and development or HR (e.g., CIPD, ATD) preferred.
- Proven experience delivering L&D programmes in a luxury retail, beauty or premium consumer goods environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the capacity to influence senior leaders and cross‑functional partners.
- Demonstrable facilitation and coaching capability, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in learning and development, ideally within luxury retail, beauty or premium consumer brands; demonstrable track record of designing and implementing L&D initiatives that improved frontline and managerial capability.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business, Psychology or related field; postgraduate qualification or professional L&D/HR certification preferred (e.g., CIPD, ATD).
