Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure operational follow-up of mandatory training programmes across Europe, delivering reliable reporting and clear stakeholder communication
• Strengthen training compliance by coordinating actions with People Solutions teams across all European markets
• Contribute to the design of high-impact learning projects through research, benchmarking, and pedagogical content preparation
• Facilitate project meetings and animate learning communities to foster best-practice sharing across markets
• Progressively assume ownership of specific projects, ensuring structured and efficient execution for European teams

Qualifications

• Master's level education (Bac+4/5) or equivalent gap year student with strong interest in Learning & Development, HR, or consulting
• First experience in project management or training within academic or internship contexts
• Fluent English (mandatory daily working language)
• Conversational French appreciated for day-to-day office interactions
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment

Skills

Experience

First experience in project management or training delivery, including academic projects or internship contexts. Demonstrated engagement with Learning & Development, human resources, or consulting disciplines.

Education

Master's level education (Bac+4/5) or equivalent gap year student with a strong focus on Learning & Development, HR, or related fields.
