Chanel — Learning & Development Apprentice (Fashion) in Paris. Alternance starting September 2026 supporting training operations and L&D initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design, coordination and delivery of learning programs for the Fashion division, including onboarding, product and role-specific training.
- Manage logistical aspects of training events: room bookings, invitations, participant lists, and post-session follow-up.
- Create and update training materials and presentations in partnership with subject-matter experts and HR partners.
- Maintain and administrate the Learning Management System (LMS): upload courses, track completions and produce basic training reports.
- Contribute to training needs analysis and maintain accurate training records and dashboards to measure program engagement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, retail, merchandising, HR) to ensure learning content aligns with business priorities.
- Support ad hoc L&D projects, including pilot programs, internal communications and supplier coordination.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an approved alternance (work‑study) program at bachelor’s or master’s level in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, Business or equivalent.
- Authorization to undertake alternance in France (contractual eligibility for September 2026 start).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and event logistics simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; professional presentation skills appropriate to a luxury brand environment.
- A keen interest in fashion and brand culture, with discretion and a polished client-facing manner.
Skills
Experience
Previous internships or work‑study experience in HR, Learning & Development or training operations is advantageous (typically 6–12 months). Experience in a luxury retail or fashion environment is a strong plus.
Education
Currently enrolled in a tertiary program (Licence/Bachelor or Master) in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, Business or a related discipline; eligible for alternance/work‑study.
