Chanel is seeking a Laboratory Process Automation Intern for its Parfums Beauté R&D laboratory in Pantin, starting in January 2027 for six months. The intern will automate and optimize laboratory processes, improve interfaces between tools such as LIMS and Openlab, and support users and continuous improvement initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Propose and initiate automation projects by identifying, developing and deploying solutions tailored to laboratory needs.
- Develop and optimize interfaces between laboratory tools and systems, such as LIMS and Openlab, to streamline the management, use and value of laboratory data.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, performance and environmental impact reduction initiatives within the laboratory.
- Support users in adopting new tools and help sustain implemented solutions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bac+5 qualification in the final year of a Master’s (M2) or engineering degree in Chemistry, with a specialization in Data.
- Particular interest in analytical chemistry and the automation of related processes.
- Proficiency in data-processing tools such as Excel and Power BI, and in integrating AI into business processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit, with an appreciation for collaborative work.
- Proactive, well-organized and autonomous.
