Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate manufacturers within the knitwear division to meet Chanel's delivery objectives.
  • Oversee supply chain processes including procurement of yarns and haberdashery.
  • Challenge manufacturers on production flow efficiency across various phases.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and assess performance metrics.
  • Analyze risks and communicate findings in meetings.
  • Report production progress and issue alerts to relevant departments and manufacturers.
  • Support production coordinators in their daily tasks.
  • Develop, track, and communicate decision-facilitating indicators.
  • Contribute to various projects within the division.
  • Participate in delivery analysis and propose optimizations for tools and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Academic background equivalent to Bac +5.

Skills

Strong organizational and anticipatory skills. Excellent interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and PLM systems. Fluency in French, English, and Italian, both spoken and written.

Experience

Experience in production management within the fashion industry is essential, particularly in knitwear or related sectors.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
