Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the S&OP area to establish annual and monthly sales targets by brand and line, ensuring alignment with market demand, growth, and inventory levels.
  • Participate in defining the commercial plan and sales strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Negotiate annual and monthly sales plans with department store retail buyers to achieve Sell In sales targets.
  • Develop a purchase plan based on previous results, annual plans, and inventory turnover.
  • Define requirements for new product launches and negotiate with retail buyers.
  • Plan and control the annual and monthly open-to-buy in conjunction with department stores, ensuring alignment with objectives and KPI follow-up.
  • Evaluate and suggest promotional action plans to increase Sell Out and ensure department stores meet Sell In targets.
  • Register new products and update prices in department store portals, ensuring accurate product catalog management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with department store purchasing teams, presenting new products and following up on purchasing plans.
  • Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Team to address specific challenges and optimize promotional strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Commercial Relations.

Skills

Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage and oversee multiple projects concurrently. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Organized team player with solid interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and strong at collaborative working relationships.

Experience

A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in commercial strategy planning, distribution channels, market knowledge, promotion, advanced Excel, reporting, and information analysis is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Commercial Relations.
