Chanel seeks a Junior Supplier Risk & Audit Coordinator in Paris for a 2026 internship or apprenticeship in Fashion Division supplier management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Screen and verify new supplier applications for integration into the vendor panel, ensuring compliance with intake criteria
- Organize and manage documentary campaigns with suppliers, including dispatch, follow-up communications, and document collection tracking
- Assist with planning, logistics coordination, and oversight of audits conducted by external and internal audit firms
- Upload and verify audit reports within internal management systems and maintain data integrity
- Track supplier action plans, manage follow-ups, coordinate associated documentation, and update performance dashboards
- Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and summary reports for internal meetings, debriefings, and leadership presentations
- Collect, consolidate, and ensure the reliability of supplier data across multiple tracking platforms
- Maintain and populate supplier databases and monitoring tools, including monthly scorecards, reporting systems, and performance dashboards
- Prepare data syntheses, analyses, and analytical presentations for team use
- Support continuous improvement and process digitalization initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher education programme (Bac+3 to Bac+5), ideally in business administration, management, data science, or equivalent
- Demonstrable interest in data management, administrative organization, and the fashion and luxury sectors
- Strong organizational skills, attentiveness to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) with comfortable working knowledge of data management and analysis
- Fluent in English; Italian language skills are appreciated
- Team-oriented mindset with strong service orientation and genuine curiosity for continuous learning
