Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design, coordination and delivery of digital learning programmes for internal audiences through the Chanel Tech Academy.
- Manage project plans, timelines and stakeholder communications across HR, IT and business partners to ensure timely milestone delivery.
- Draft and disseminate internal digital communications (newsletters, intranet updates, campaign copy) to promote learning initiatives and adoption.
- Assist with the creation and adaptation of learning content for digital formats (microlearning, video briefs, slide decks), and coordinate with external vendors when required.
- Maintain programme tracking and basic performance metrics (participation, completion rates); prepare regular status reports for programme leads.

Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s programme in Communications, Human Resources, Digital Learning, Instructional Design or a related discipline (alternance/apprenticeship format).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French; professional working knowledge of English is required.
- Strong organisational ability with experience managing multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously (internships or academic project experience preferred).
- Proven ability to produce polished written communications and learning collateral; attention to detail and editorial quality.

Previous internship or practical experience in communications, HR learning, digital content or project coordination is preferred; candidate should demonstrate project work within academic or professional settings.

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Communications, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Digital Media or a related field (alternance/apprenticeship eligibility required).
