Role & Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end packaging development for events and promotional activations within the Parfums & Beauté division, from brief to launch.
- Translate creative briefs into technical specifications, dielines and packaging artwork for prototypes and production.
- Coordinate sourcing and procurement activities for event packaging components, including supplier selection, quotation requests and purchasing follow‑up.
- Manage sample cycles: arrange prototypes, assess manufacturability and quality, record feedback and drive corrective actions.
- Monitor costs, lead times and inventory commitments for event‑specific runs, and escalate schedule or budget risks to stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal partners (marketing, events, production, legal, sustainability) to ensure brand, regulatory and sustainability standards are met.
- Maintain project documentation, supplier records and packaging specifications in line with internal processes.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a recognized work‑study/apprenticeship program in packaging engineering, materials science, industrial design, supply chain/procurement or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple event timelines and tight deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail with sound understanding of packaging materials, basic production processes and quality criteria.
- Commercial awareness and basic costing skills; ability to compare supplier quotes and support negotiation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and external suppliers.

Experience
Suitable for a student seeking an alternance/apprenticeship placement; prior internships, project work or coursework in packaging, sourcing or materials is an advantage but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in packaging engineering, materials science, industrial design, supply chain/procurement, luxury management or a closely related discipline.
