Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development, updating, and monitoring of the occupational health and safety prevention plan
- Maintain and organize documentation related to risk assessments, preventive measures, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate on internal awareness campaigns focused on workplace safety and health
- Participate in accident and incident investigations and generate reports
- Review and verify legal documentation from external contractors and suppliers
- Manage contractor engagement platforms, access controls, and certification documentation
- Coordinate medical appointments and liaise with the external occupational health provider
- Maintain secure records and filing systems for medical certificates and confidential health documentation
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate mandatory safety and health training sessions
- Manage registration, attendance tracking, and post-training evaluations
- Maintain control and documentation of training certificates and participant records
- Distribute occupational health and safety onboarding materials to new employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or Health and Safety management
- Formal qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent professional certification)
- 1–2 years of professional experience in health and safety operations or HR administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or Health and Safety management; formal qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent professional certification required.
