Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the development, updating, and monitoring of the occupational health and safety prevention plan
  • Maintain and organize documentation related to risk assessments, preventive measures, and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate on internal awareness campaigns focused on workplace safety and health
  • Participate in accident and incident investigations and generate reports
  • Review and verify legal documentation from external contractors and suppliers
  • Manage contractor engagement platforms, access controls, and certification documentation
  • Coordinate medical appointments and liaise with the external occupational health provider

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
