Chanel Junior ESG Analyst (fixed-term) in Paris: support Fashion Division sustainability reporting, data analysis, and CSRD implementation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee ESG reporting campaigns by supporting continuous improvement of reporting tools and implementing new extra-financial reporting processes
- Manage data collection, validation, and harmonization from product lines and operational perimeters; propose efficiency actions to automate and streamline data sharing
- Accompany operational teams throughout the reporting cycle from methodology explanation to data validation, addressing questions from sites and internal stakeholders
- Analyze reporting results and synthesize findings to inform strategic discussions across Fashion division business units
- Prepare result summaries by operational perimeter and product lines to identify improvement opportunities and support trajectory reduction calculations
- Design and develop dashboards and data visualizations to highlight ESG results and communicate sustainability strategy through storytelling
- Contribute to CSRD reporting workstreams and support the implementation of new IT systems across the reporting chain
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree + 5 (engineering school, business school, or Master's degree) with specialization in finance, audit, or business analysis
- First professional experience in financial or extra-financial reporting (in-house or consulting background) preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Fluent English, written and oral
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent synthesis skills
- Excellent pedagogical and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility initiatives

Experience
First professional experience in financial or extra-financial reporting, either within a corporate environment or as a consultant, is valued but not mandatory.
Education
Bachelor's degree + 5 (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or Master's programme with specialization in finance, audit, or business analysis.
