Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate and consolidate ESG data across the fashion value chain (raw materials, manufacturing, distribution and retail) to ensure data accuracy and traceability.
  • Support preparation of internal and external sustainability reports and disclosures aligned with recognised frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP).
  • Maintain ESG dashboards and KPI trackers; perform quantitative analysis to monitor performance on carbon, water, waste, chemical management and social compliance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, sourcing, supply chain, legal, communications) to implement sustainability initiatives and remedial actions arising from audits or assessments.
  • Assist with supplier due diligence, questionnaires and on-site assessments; track corrective actions and supplier engagement progress.
  • Monitor regulatory developments, industry best practices and benchmark competitor disclosures to inform strategy and reporting.
  • Contribute to project workstreams related to circularity, materials innovation and social risk mitigation as directed by senior ESG leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, fashion, business, engineering or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of ESG reporting standards and corporate sustainability practices (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, GHG Protocol).
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to data quality; experience with KPI definition and performance tracking.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities in a matrixed, international environment.
  • Fluency in professional written and spoken communication; polished report-writing and presentation skills.

Experience

1–3 years of professional experience in ESG, sustainability or corporate responsibility roles, ideally within fashion, luxury retail, textiles or a related supply‑chain environment. Practical exposure to sustainability reporting or supplier sustainability programs is strongly preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.Sc., or equivalent) in sustainability, environmental science, fashion, business, engineering or related field.
