Role & Responsibilities
- Embody and communicate the distinctive style and heritage of Chanel within a retail setting
- Deliver exceptional service aligned with Chanel's values to both local and international customers
- Provide personalized consultations, building client confidence and trust
- Cultivate interest in and demonstrate expertise across the complete Fragrance and Beauty collection
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships
- Contribute to team performance and boutique ambiance with elegance, enthusiasm, modesty, and open-mindedness
Qualifications
- Secondary education through advanced degree (Bac+1 to Bac+5)
- Genuine passion for the Chanel brand, fragrance, and beauty sectors
