Chanel seeks Jewelry Inspection Coordinator in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. Lead quality control operations and manage inspection teams at luxury watchmaking facility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all quality control activities within the assigned inspection module, ensuring comprehensive inspection of finished and semi-finished jewelry products from receipt to completion
- Manage resource allocation and optimize workflow efficiency across the inspection sector while maintaining adherence to production schedules and cost targets
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, cost, and delivery timelines, ensuring operational objectives are consistently achieved
- Serve as the technical reference for jewelry inspection methodologies, including aesthetic matrices, inspection pathways, and quality standards specific to Chanel's specifications
- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, implementing robust and repeatable inspection solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Provide daily support and mentorship to team members, oversee administrative functions, and ensure compliance with workshop safety, quality, and operational protocols
Qualifications
