Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional makeup services and personalised consultations to clients across Chanel boutiques, events and private appointments in the assigned territory.
- Translate Chanel make-up techniques and product aesthetics into tailored looks for daytime, evening, bridal and editorial needs while preserving brand standards.
- Support product launches, in-store promotions and special events by providing on-site application, demonstrations and client education.
- Drive client conversion and repeat business through expert product recommendations, upselling and meticulous client record-keeping.
- Maintain impeccable kit organisation, hygiene and product inventory; ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Liaise with boutique managers and the regional Beauty team to coordinate schedules, reporting and clienteling activities.
Qualifications
- Professional certification or diploma in makeup artistry, cosmetology, esthetics or equivalent vocational training.
- Proven background in luxury beauty or premium cosmetics retail with a track record of high-touch client service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to build enduring client relationships.
- Flexibility to travel across Paris and surrounding points of sale; availability for evenings and weekend engagements.

Experience
Minimum three years' professional experience in makeup application within luxury beauty retail, event or editorial environments, including direct client-facing roles and live demonstrations.
Education
Vocational diploma or certification in makeup artistry, cosmetology or equivalent professional training.
