Chanel IT Working Student in Hamburg: 20 hrs/week, one-year contract. Support users, manage hardware/software, assist IT operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive IT user support to head office staff, boutique locations, and field operations
- Document all problem tickets and incident resolutions systematically
- Install and configure hardware and software systems; manage corresponding inventory, shipping, and returns
- Participate proactively in administrative IT tasks and operational initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student in Computer Science, Business IT, or IT Management
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good German and English language skills
- Affinity for communication with diverse stakeholders
- Interest in staying current with IT solutions and technology developments
Skills
Experience
First practical experience in IT support or a related technical field.
Education
Currently enrolled as a student in Computer Science (Informatik), Business IT (Wirtschaftsinformatik), or IT Management.
