Chanel IT Support Project Coordinator apprenticeship (1–2 years) in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, starting October 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in referential upgrade projects, including Active Directory remediation and process quality controls
- Implement and evolve IT support processes and reporting mechanisms (PowerBI, ServiceNow, Excel)
- Coordinate IT projects including hardware renewal campaigns and service implementations
- Contribute to quality assurance reporting and performance tracking of support activities
- Collaborate with IT customer service, infrastructure, and digital workplace service teams to improve user support experience
- Support service governance meetings and process coordination initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or equivalent or higher education qualification
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Collaborative mindset and discretion in handling corporate information

Experience
Demonstrated interest in IT project management within corporate support environments; familiarity with managed services or IT operations environments is advantageous but not required.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/4/5 or equivalent) in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline.
