Role & Responsibilities
- Support the IT supply chain planning team for the Parfums Beauté division in daily operational activities and project work.
- Assist with data preparation, cleansing and validation for demand planning, MRP and inventory processes.
- Contribute to system configuration, testing and user-acceptance activities for planning tools and ERP interfaces.
- Generate and maintain operational reports and dashboards to monitor forecast accuracy, inventory levels and supply performance.
- Collaborate with supply chain planners, production sites and warehouses to follow up on order status and planning exceptions.
- Document processes, produce user guides and provide frontline support to end users for planning-related issues.
- Identify and propose small process improvements to increase data quality and planning efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Information Systems or equivalent.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy and process rigor.
- Comfortable managing and synthesizing large datasets; methodical and detail-oriented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Autonomy and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, high-expectation luxury environment.
- Prior internship or academic project experience in supply chain, logistics or IT is an advantage.

Experience
Internship-level role; candidates should be currently enrolled in a relevant degree. Previous internships or relevant academic projects in supply chain or IT will be considered a plus.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Information Systems or a closely related field.
