Chanel in Neuilly-sur-Seine seeks an IT Project Manager apprentice (Alternance) for Perfumes & Beauty starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives for the Perfumes & Beauty division, working under the guidance of senior project managers.
- Coordinate requirements gathering, translate business needs into functional specifications and liaise between IT teams, vendors and commercial stakeholders.
- Maintain project plans, track milestones, risks and actions; prepare status reports and executive summaries.
- Contribute to test planning and execution (UAT), validate deliverables and manage defect lifecycle until resolution.
- Support deployment activities, prepare user documentation and participate in user training and rollout coordination.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting processes, capturing lessons learned and proposing optimisations.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, Digital Project Management or equivalent with availability for alternance starting September 2026.
- Demonstrable interest in retail or beauty industry digital projects; prior internships or coursework in IT project environments preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving approach to testing and requirements validation.
- Professional communication skills in French and English; ability to draft clear documentation and present to cross-functional teams.

Experience
Previous experience through internships, project work or part-time roles in IT or digital project environments is expected; 6–18 months of practical exposure to project coordination, testing or software implementation is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a relevant tertiary programme (BSc/MSc or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business with IT focus or Digital Project Management.
