Chanel PMO Governance & IT Governance Intern in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Alternation contract, October 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in monitoring GDP's project portfolio and strategic initiatives
- Contribute to the preparation of steering committees and governance bodies
- Produce and consolidate performance indicators for activity tracking
- Ensure follow-up of action plans and decisions taken in committee
- Participate in continuous improvement of governance processes, tools, and practices
- Design and update dashboards and reporting using Power BI
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze data necessary for activity management
- Produce summaries and analyses for management
- Contribute to identifying risks, dependencies, and points of concern on projects and activities
- Participate in GDP budget monitoring in collaboration with Finance teams
- Contribute to budget, forecast, and financial close exercises
- Track expenses, orders, and invoicing
- Participate in variance analysis between budget forecast and actuals
- Produce financial reporting and management summaries
- Participate in internal communications and valorization of GDP initiatives
- Design communication and presentation materials for teams and management
- Support transformation projects and change management actions
- Contribute to collaborative space animation and best practice sharing
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree (business school, engineering school, or university)
- Interest in project management, governance, performance management, and organizational transformation
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities and capacity to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Curiosity, autonomy, and initiative

Currently pursuing or completed Bac+4/5 (business school, engineering school, or university degree)
