Chanel — Paris: IT Project Assistant (work‑study) for Watch & Jewelry operations. Support IT project delivery and UAT in a luxury environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the IT project manager in planning, tracking and delivery of operational IT initiatives for the Watches & Jewelry division.
  • Coordinate project tasks and schedules across business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors to ensure milestones are met.
  • Collect and validate functional requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications and maintain requirements traceability.
  • Organize, prepare and follow up on meetings, steering committees and working sessions; produce concise status reports and dashboards.
  • Manage and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), collect feedback, track defects and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain project documentation, runbooks and process maps to support operational readiness and knowledge transfer.
  • Support change management activities including training materials, end‑user communications and roll‑out coordination.
  • Assist with incident follow‑up and operational escalations to preserve service continuity in production environments.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a recognised higher‑education programme (Bachelor's or Master's) in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Project Management or equivalent, eligible for alternance (work‑study).
  • Strong organisational aptitude with demonstrable attention to detail and ability to manage concurrent tasks.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a methodical approach to requirements gathering and testing.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders; professional discretion and reliability.
  • Interest in luxury retail, horology or fine jewelry and sensitivity to craftsmanship and quality standards.
