Role & Responsibilities
- Support the IT project manager in planning, tracking and delivery of operational IT initiatives for the Watches & Jewelry division.
- Coordinate project tasks and schedules across business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors to ensure milestones are met.
- Collect and validate functional requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications and maintain requirements traceability.
- Organize, prepare and follow up on meetings, steering committees and working sessions; produce concise status reports and dashboards.
- Manage and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), collect feedback, track defects and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain project documentation, runbooks and process maps to support operational readiness and knowledge transfer.
- Support change management activities including training materials, end‑user communications and roll‑out coordination.
- Assist with incident follow‑up and operational escalations to preserve service continuity in production environments.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a recognised higher‑education programme (Bachelor's or Master's) in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Project Management or equivalent, eligible for alternance (work‑study).
- Strong organisational aptitude with demonstrable attention to detail and ability to manage concurrent tasks.
- Excellent analytical skills and a methodical approach to requirements gathering and testing.
- Ability to liaise effectively with technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders; professional discretion and reliability.
- Interest in luxury retail, horology or fine jewelry and sensitivity to craftsmanship and quality standards.
Skills
Experience
No extensive professional experience required; previous internships or academic project work in IT or project coordination is advantageous. The role is designed for a candidate on a work‑study (alternance) pathway who wishes to develop practical IT project delivery experience within a luxury product environment.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or Project Management; eligible for alternance (work‑study) in France.
