Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in digital and innovation project management within the IT Parfums Beauté department.
  • Participate in workshops for business needs assessment and solution design.
  • Contribute to project delivery by drafting user stories, managing backlogs, organizing and conducting tests, and coordinating launches.
  • Prepare governance materials, update project schedules, and monitor status reports.
  • Engage in communication and celebration activities related to project milestones.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (Bac+5) with a focus on project management.
  • Previous experience in managing large-scale digital, industrial, or innovation projects.

Skills

Proficiency in project management fundamentals and Agile methodology. Strong initiative and ability to integrate into complex ecosystems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and exposure to Agile and Analytics tools. Excellent analytical, formalization, and synthesis skills. Structured and fluent communication abilities in English.

Experience

A minimum of one year of experience in managing significant digital or innovation projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (Bac+5).
