Role & Responsibilities
- Support the IT PMO in planning and tracking infrastructure projects, including preparing project plans, Gantt charts and milestone dashboards.
- Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams — liaise with network, systems, security teams and external vendors to drive deliverables on schedule.
- Maintain project documentation: status reports, risk and issue logs, change requests and meeting minutes; prepare executive summaries for stakeholders.
- Assist with testing, deployment coordination and roll‑out activities, including scheduling, cutover planning and post‑implementation validation.
- Monitor project budgets and resource plans; escalate scope changes and help ensure compliance with governance and security standards.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops and stakeholder communications to foster alignment and timely decision‑making.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or an accredited business/IT curriculum (alternance/apprenticeship eligibility required).
- Strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed project documentation.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; ability to communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with a methodical approach to risk management, issue resolution and reporting.
